Adults : : Hope Ministry

Are you experiencing a difficult season of life? Do you need the support and encouragement of someone who really cares? When you face the painful challenges of life, we are here to lead you to Hope in Jesus Christ.
Hope is a mentoring ministry that pairs trained volunteer mentors with individuals that are going through a difficult season of life for support through prayer and encouragement. Through one-on-one caring relationships, those who are hurting receive love and Christ-centered care.
The Hope ministry is available to members and regular attendees of North Point Community Church. Together we have faced divorce, illness, grief, job loss, depression, abuse, neglect, abandonment, and behavioral/boundary issues. Because Hope mentors are paired with one care receiver at a time, personal and individual attention can be given. Goals are set with a "watchful eye" for God's timing and God's agenda. Hope mentors are equipped through training, group supervision and continuing education classes.
