On 2/21 C3G will be meeting in the WEST AUDITORIUM at North Point.
Are you in career transition?
In these days of heightened job uncertainty, many of us are either seeking new employment or know someone who is. The search process is intense and requires confidence, energy, and connections. So to fuel the process, we're hosting a gathering called C3G (Christ Centered Career Groups).
Join us every Monday morning to gain fresh perspective and enjoy the company of people like you—people in career transition that are committed to success in business and in life. Regardless of the type of employment you're seeking, we're confident that you will find this environment to be encouraging and helpful.
Mondays, 7:45-9:45 a.m.
In the Theater (directions)
Coffee will be served.
Men and women serve together in the workplace. Why do they gather at separate tables for C3G?
There are hundreds of networking and job-seeking meetings, workshops, programs, and gatherings in the Atlanta area. Most, if not all, of these environments are gender inclusive. That’s a good thing and we recommend many of them. In fact, if you’re in career transition, it’s our hope that C3G is just one of the resources you’re leveraging.
It’s no secret that career transition brings with it challenges in addition to the work of finding new employment. Those challenges tend to be personal in nature: relational, marital, parental, etc. We think there should be at least one place where people of the same gender have the opportunity to speak freely about those challenges. That conversation happens most effectively in gender-specific environments.
Although men and women gather at separate tables for C3G, they do share key networking resources on a weekly basis (contact database, members-only websites, etc.).
