David Pollack knows what it means to perform at the highest level—and what it takes to rebuild when everything changes in an instant.

A University of Georgia legend, three-time First-Team All-American, and College Football Hall of Famer, David was selected in the first round of the NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. In the second game of his second NFL season, a devastating neck injury abruptly ended his playing career and forced him to redefine what success—and his future—would look like.

David went on to build an equally successful career in sports media, spending more than a decade with ESPN as one of college football’s most recognizable analysts and personalities. During his broadcasting career, he became a seven-time Emmy Award winner and a fixture on College GameDay, major bowl games, the College Football Playoff, and National Championship coverage.

Today, David continues to bring his perspective on college football to audiences as host of See Ball. Get Ball., while also reaching audiences through speaking, media, and his work as an author. His book, Every Day Counts, challenges people to raise their standards, turn to their faith to define what matters most, and become the best version of themselves.

As a keynote speaker, David brings the same energy, humor, and authenticity that made him a favorite on live television. Drawing from elite athletics, an unexpected career-ending injury, reinvention, broadcasting, faith, and family, he delivers practical lessons on leadership, discipline, resilience, adapting to change, and performing with purpose.

Whether speaking to corporate leaders, sales teams, associations, or faith-based audiences, David customizes his message around the audience and event objective—challenging people to make their priorities clear, raise their expectations, and make every day count.
