9:00 a.m. Team

  • 7:00 a.m. - Parking Team Arrive
  • 8:00 a.m. - Lobby, Greeter, and Usher Teams Arrive
  • 8:05 a.m. - Team Meeting
  • 8:25 a.m. - In Positions
  • 9:00 a.m. - Service Start
  • 10:25 a.m. - Dismissed

11:00 a.m. Team

  • 10:00 a.m - Arrive
  • 10:05 a.m. - Team Meeting
  • 10:25 a.m. - In Positions
  • 11:00 a.m. - Service Start
  • 12:25 p.m. - Lobby, Greeter, and Usher Teams Dismissed
  • 12:45 p.m. - Parking Team Dismissed

DRESS CODE

Thank you for being mindful of our dress code while volunteering:

  • Shirt: Supplied Guest Services shirt
  • Pants: Blue jeans and pants with no holes are appropriate.
    • Please note, appropriate shorts can be worn by the Parking Team. 
  • Name Tag: Wear your name tag on your right side.
  • Shoes: Close-toed shoes or sandals with a backstrap may be worn. Please do not wear flip-flops.
