Meaghan Gowland (Adult Child of Divorced Parents) – Panelist

meaghan gowland

My name is Meaghan Gowland. I’m 25 years old and work with the high school ministry here at North Point. Growing up with divorced parents, I experienced firsthand how complicated the holiday season can feel for kids navigating two families, changing traditions, and a lot of different emotions. While some seasons were harder than others, those experiences taught me so much about what was helpful, what was difficult, and what I needed most from the adults around me. I’m grateful for the perspective I’ve gained over the years and excited to share some of my experience!
